• Without a sensitive approach to the environment we would be destroying the very nature of our business. With this in mind we encourage our staff to use public transport, cycle or walk to get to work. We use recycled paper in all our publicity and promotional materials and we strive to be as economic as possible in our usage of non-sustainable resources.
• We provide up to date Countryside Code information for all our guests ensuring that best practice is encouraged and that we are aware of the need to share access with fellow travellers, and respect the residents' needs of the places we visit.
At SCOOT CYCLING HOLIDAYS we believe we have a duty to both the places and people we visit. We try to minimise the impact our business has on the countryside and environment but also respect the communities and local people we and our SCOOTERS are lucky enough to visit. We believe that keeping groups to a maximum of 6 or 8 enables both travellers and locals to enjoy a mutually beneficial experience.
• We believe in working with the best local suppliers - people who really care about where they live and work and who want, like us, to supply you with the best there is. This helps ensure that we contribute to the local economy helping to preserve the environment and facilities for everyone to enjoy.
Remember, a cycling holiday does not cost the earth!
Help keep our planet happy and healthy, be green, be eco-friendly and choose a SCOOT Cycling Holiday.
