Welcome to David - our new Business Manager

David Short, a keen cyclist, has been appointed to this new position. David has a broad range of business management experience and his portfolio includes an extensive policing career where he became a Chief Superintendent Area Commander in North Yorkshire Police. More recently David has been managing road safety and sustainable transport projects in West Yorkshire.
